One-on-One Transition Coaching Program is an 8-step coaching program designed specifically for your needs, and it will help you:
- Develop the mindset to be clear and confident about what you want from the job search process and what you must bring to your next role.
- Create clarity around your values and insight into how you can bring those into your work to create more fulfillment.
- Develop your Professional Brand after identifying your UVP (unique value proposition) and teach you how to communicate effectively to stand out in the competitive marketplace.
- Design a Career or Job Search Strategy that allows you to focus your energy on the work and opportunities that make sense given your values and experience instead of applying to “all the jobs” and burning yourself out in the process.
- Gain the practical tools needed to maximize the opportunities that come your way, including interviewing and negotiation techniques to ensure you earn what you deserve!
- Hit the ground running in your first 90 days on the new job.
The Program Includes the following:
- One (1) 60-minute Kick-off Session- Google Meet.
- Twelve (12) Coaching Sessions- Google Meet. You will receive 1 hour of one-to-one coaching 1 to 2 sessions per week. In addition, each week will include support through document reviews and coaching exercises as applicable to the topic for the week.
- Access to the ProMotion Accelerator Transitions Program Community & Laser emails between Coaching Sessions to answer quick questions.
- Sixteen hours of back-office work from us to customize the experience to your needs (for example, time preparing for calls, time to complete document reviews, etc.)
- Coaching includes done-with-you services (for example, we will not write your resume or LinkedIn profile for you but will provide you with guidance, reviews and feedback, while we work together).
- Topics can be adjusted to fit your needs. Some popular topics are Leadership Development, Managing Others, Managing my Manager, Skills and Strengths, Resume Review, Values, Job Search Strategy (Clarity and Focus), LinkedIn Profile Review, Networking, Mindset, Interviewing Strategy, Salary Negotiation, and First 90 days on the job.
- All appointments are based on calendar availability.
