Hi I'm Karl

I am a results-oriented coach and consultant know for being insightful and well-respected umunst my peers.  I am passionate about training and building leadership capacity with individuals and within organizations. With an approach that is decisive, goal-oriented yet supportive.

I have over 20 years of progressive HR experience working in 3 Contentents, including two international expatriate assignments for Fortune 500 companies. My experience spans various industries, including Technology, Insurance, Materials and Manufacturing, Retail, Consulting Services, and Oil & Gas.

I am well-versed coaching seasoned executives, and I have extensive experience working with expatriates, first-generation Americans, or those just looking to progress in their current career in either leadership or technical roles, and have extensive experence working with individuals entering new industries or those re-entering the job market after a "job sabbatical".

I have managed and led HR, Training and Development and recruitment teams developing and implementing Leadership Development recruiting processes and HR best practices for both small and large companies.

Education wise I have a master's degree in labor relations and human resources, as well as a bachelor's degree in history and political science, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. I am also a a certified Leadership Trainer.

I love traveling, exploring new cultures, and winning all things trivia. I am that guy.  I have been an avid photographer since middle school and I geek out about technology and gadgets.
